WORLD SERIES 30
Summary
On Sat 14th Nov 2009 Team Orr hosted AWS30 in Richmond. This is another milestone for AWS, as it has now been going on for 10 years (which is a very long time).
A lot has happened in these years, have seen builders go and new builders join. This was shown at AWS30 with 48 robots in the main competition and a huge turnout of people, hopefully it will go on another 10 years and get to AWS60.
As always my driving let me down, reversed off at least twice, need to practice more. Also it seems as if the time of the spinners may have past and flippers are the way to go, ants are built a lot better these days and even with improved weaponry there isn't much damage.
Well done to Andy for winning his 3rd AWS in a row with Anticide.
